SHIPPING & Delivery
All orders are lovingly packed and shipped from our studio in Western Australia.
Standard shipping is calculated at checkout. Most orders are dispatched within 3 business days, with delivery times depending on your location. You will receive tracking details as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Not at this time. We currently ship Australia-wide only. International shipping may become available in the future—sign up to our newsletter to stay informed.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your parcel leaves our studio.
Please contact us at hello@leluxebathco.com.au if your order hasn’t arrived or has arrived damaged. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue with care.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the handcrafted and personal nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
We want you to be delighted with your order. If something isn’t right, please email us within 5 days of receiving your parcel so we can make it right.
Because scent is so personal, we do not offer refunds for products based on fragrance preference. We recommend trying our scent sample pots before committing to full sizes.
PRODUCTS & INGREDIENTS
Yes. All our products are proudly vegan. They’re thoughtfully crafted with plant-derived ingredients wherever possible, alongside the occasional nature-identical ingredient to support product stability and shelf life.
Each item is handmade or hand-poured in small batches in Western Australia, with care and intention.
We use a curated blend of high-quality fragrance oils, chosen for their safety, scent profile, and the emotion they evoke. Some blends may also include essential oils - please refer to the individual product ingredient list for full details
Our formulations are gentle, but everyone’s skin is unique. If you have sensitive skin, we recommend patch testing first and reviewing the full ingredient list.
Yes. We offer a Sans Parfum range for those seeking fragrance-free care. At this time, custom scent blends are not available.
We recommend using your skincare products within 6 months of opening. Because our formulations are minimal and free from unnecessary fillers, they may have a shorter shelf life than mass-produced alternatives. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain freshness.
GIFTING & PACKAGING
Yes. Simply select the gift option at checkout and include your recipient’s details.
No. Your recipient will only receive the beautifully wrapped parcel - no pricing or invoice included.
Yes. For an extra-special touch, you can select gift wrapping and a handwritten note at checkout.
