- Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days, however is not guaranteed
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days, however is not guaranteed
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location, public holidays, and carrier delays beyond our control.

PRE-ORDERS
If your order includes a pre-order item, it will be held and shipped in full once the pre-order item is ready. Estimated dispatch times for pre-orders will be listed on the product page.
If you need in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.
WHOLESALE ORDERS
Wholesale and bulk orders may require additional processing time depending on volume and product availability.

TRACKING
All parcels are sent with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking link to activate.
SHIPPING DELAYS & CARRIER DISCLAIMER
Once your parcel has been handed over to Australia Post, Le Luxé Bath Co is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post. This includes delays due to weather, customs, strikes, or seasonal backlogs.
That said, we’re always here to help and will do our best to support you in tracking or resolving any shipping issues.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you receive from Le Luxé Bath Co. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to support you.
When can I request a return?
If your order arrives incorrect, damaged in transit, or faulty/not fit for purpose, please email us at hello@leluxebathco.com.au within 7 days of receiving your delivery so we can assess the issue and make it right.
If a fault only becomes apparent later, please contact us within 2 days of discovering the fault (and within the product’s warranty period).
Change of mind
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, or for incorrect purchases.
Sale & clearance items
We do not accept returns on sale or clearance items, unless the item is faulty, damaged upon arrival, or not as described.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days.
For items damaged in transit, we may request photos of the parcel (including the outer box) before it is opened, so we can lodge the matter with our shipping partner.
Manufacturing faults
If you believe your product has a manufacturing fault, email us as soon as the fault is discovered (and no later than the warranty expiry). We may request photos or ask that the item be returned for inspection.
What happens next?
Once we confirm the issue, we will offer the appropriate remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law, which may include (at your option, where applicable):
- a replacement, or
- a refund.
Return shipping
If a return is required due to our error (for example, the item is incorrect, damaged, or faulty), we will cover the reasonable return postage costs.
We recommend returning items via Registered Post, as we can’t be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
Quality check
Returned items reported as damaged or faulty may undergo a quality check on arrival to confirm the issue and ensure the correct remedy is provided.
Processing time
Once your return is received, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be assessed and processed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (where applicable) after assessment has been completed.
