If your order includes a pre-order item, it will be held and shipped in full once the pre-order item is ready. Estimated dispatch times for pre-orders will be listed on the product page.

Wholesale and bulk orders may require additional processing time depending on volume and product availability.

All parcels are sent with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking link to activate.

Once your parcel has been handed over to Australia Post, Le Luxé Bath Co is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post. This includes delays due to weather, customs, strikes, or seasonal backlogs.
That said, we’re always here to help and will do our best to support you in tracking or resolving any shipping issues.
Returns & Refunds

30-Day Return PolicyYou’re welcome to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact - A receipt or proof of purchase is required
To start a return, contact us at hello@ecoartandcraft.com.If your return is accepted, we’ll provide return instructions, including where to send your parcel. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. You’re always welcome to reach out with any questions about the return process.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on:
- Opened or used art and craft materials
- Items that have been removed from their original packaging
- Digital downloads or eBooks
- Gift cards
- Sale items
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out before requesting a return.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.If you'd like a different item, please return your original item and place a new order once the return has been accepted.
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
